About these terms
These terms apply to this website. They do not cover the BlueLog app itself, which carries its own terms and its Apple licence when it is released. The site is operated by OCTOVIX LLC.
What the site is for
The site describes BlueLog, an iPhone app that is not yet released, and lets you leave an email address to be told when it launches. Everything on the site is provided for information.
Pre release information may change
BlueLog is in development. Screens, features and pricing shown here may change before release, and nothing on this site is a commitment that a particular feature will ship or that the app will be released on a particular date.
Using the site
Please do not:
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Submit an email address that is not yours.
- Copy the site's design, text, artwork or logos for your own product.
Ownership
The Octovix and BlueLog names, the octopus mark, the site design and its text and artwork belong to Octovix LLC. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to say where the app will be available.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Octovix is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
